Eyebrow Lamination Expert System «BROW FixUP» Step 2 Airless Bottle

The convenient packaging of the solution allows you to use a special pump to extract a small amount of the product for the eyebrow lamination procedure. The only difference with the expert system "BROW FixUP" in a glass container is the type of packaging, including the presence of a pump.

How Step 2 works:

• it restores disulfide bonds of the hairs and protects them from damage;
  
• it sets the eyebrow hair shape, makes hairs manageable for further styling with brow gel or wax;
• it neutralizes the excess of the alkalizer, restores the natural рН of the hairs;
• it closes the hair cuticle scales, Step 2 is enriched with the nourishing complex based on cationic and wetting agents, which provides the conditioning effect on the hairs, adds shine and leaves the skin feeling smooth.

Note! Step 2 works only in combination with Step 1.

Expiration date: 24 months.
Period after opening (PAO): 2 months.

Analyze the eyebrow hair condition and specify the processing time of the eyebrow lamination solutions:

• 1-st type: the eyebrow hairs are thick, spiky, not having undergone chemical procedures earlier (the eyebrow tinting or bleaching procedures) – processing time is 12–15 minutes;
• 2-nd type: the eyebrow hairs are of the medium thickness, natural, healthy or having undergone chemical procedures earlier (the eyebrow tinting or bleaching procedures) – processing time is 6–12 minutes. 

2. Use «ELAN Cleansing Detox-Mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes» for the skin and hair degreasing.

3.Create the eyebrow shape (Step 1)

• apply a thin layer of the argan oil cream on the eyebrows and a thicker layer on the skin around the eyebrows with the professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #4.
• apply Step 1 on the eyebrows, using the professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #3 and then cover the eyebrow area carefully with the special plastic film. The processing time is 6–15 minutes.
• when the processing time is finished, remove the film and brush the hairs carefully setting them in the right direction. Cover the eyebrow area with the film again and leave it to develop for 3–5 minutes, if needed.

Note! The amount of Step 1 and Step 2 should be the same.

Note! The maximum processing time should not exceed the processing time for the selected eyebrow hair type.

• when the processing time is finished, remove the excess of the solution with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
• apply «ELAN professional line Cleansing Detox-Mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction. Remove foam with a cotton pad, moistened with water.

4.Fix the eyebrow hair direction (Step 2)

• apply a thin layer of the argan oil cream on the eyebrows and a thicker layer on the skin around the eyebrows, using the professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #4 by ELAN.
• apply and spread Step 2 on the eyebrows setting the hairs carefully in the right direction. Cover the eyebrow area carefully with the special plastic film to enhance the solution effect.

Note! The amount of Step 1 and Step 2 that you use for eyebrow lamination must be equal.

Note! The exposure time of Step 2 must be equal to the exposure time of Step 1.

When the processing time is finished, remove the excess of the solution with a cotton pad, moistened with water.

• Apply «ELAN Cleansing Detox-Mousse» on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction. Remove foam with a cotton pad, moistened with water.

5. Use «ELAN COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes» for the better results, if the eyebrow tinting procedure is not planned.

• Apply the tinting mixture immediately after using «ELAN Cleansing Detox-Mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes», if the eyebrow tinting procedure is planned.

Note! It is necessary to take into consideration that the eyebrow hair colour is supposed to be brighter and appear faster on the hairs when the eyebrow tinting procedure is performed.

• Apply «ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes » for the better results after the eyebrow tinting procedure.

Note! The eyebrow shaping must be performed only when the eyebrow lamination procedure is finished with the eyebrow tweezers.
