Eyebrow and eyelash flexing expert system «SUPERSONIC» (Serum 1 PINK) Set 1

The «SUPERSONIC» eyebrow and eyelash flexing system consists of three solutions: Serum 1, Serum 2, and Multivitor. Due to them, the specialist can quickly perform the procedure of long-lasting styling of the eyebrows in the right direction or create a beautiful eyelash curl. The presence of pink color in Serum 1 allows the brow artist / lamimaker to track the solution's application process.

EYEBROW FLEXING PROCEDURE STAGES

Analyze a client's eyebrow hair condition to specify the Flexing Expert System "SUPERSONIC" processing time:

1-st type: the eyebrow hairs are thick and spiky, not having undergone chemical procedures earlier (the eyebrow tinting or bleaching procedures) – processing time is 5–8 minutes for Serum 1 and no less than 6–8 minutes for Serum 2;

2-nd type: the eyebrow hairs are of medium thickness, natural, healthy, or having undergone chemical procedures earlier (eyebrow tinting or bleaching procedures) – processing time is 3–5 minutes for Serum 1 and 6–8 minutes for Serum 2;

The processing time of Multivitor is 5 minutes for all hair types.

NOTE! The maximum processing time for Serum 1 and Serum 2 is 15 minutes.

NOTE! The work of Serum 1 and Serum 2 is directly related to the ambient air temperature. The higher the temperature, the less the reaction time.

2) Prepare the eyebrows for the flexing procedure

• Cleanse eyebrows and skin around the eyebrows with ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE after diagnosis of eyebrow hair condition and determination of exposure time.

3) Create the eyebrow shape (Serum 1)

NOTE! It is necessary to apply a thin layer of ТМ ÉLAN professional line argan oil cream on the eyebrows and a thicker layer – on the skin around the eyebrows if a client has thin and sensitive skin. Use TM ÉLAN professional line make-up brush BLACKWOOD #4.

• Apply Serum 1 on the eyebrows with TM ÉLAN professional line make-up brush BLACKWOOD #3.

NOTE! The maximum processing time should not exceed the processing time for the selected eyebrow hair type.

• When the processing time is complete, remove the excess solution using a moist cotton pad.

NOTE! Keep in mind the direction of eyebrow growth when creating the shape of eyebrows. Changes in the shape of the eyebrows should be smooth to prevent the folding of the hairs.

5) Eyebrow hair care (Multivitor)

• Apply Multivitor on eyebrows for 5 minutes.

• After the processing time is complete, remove the excess solution using a cotton pad moistened with water if the eyebrow tinting procedure is not expected.

• When the processing time is complete, remove the excess solution with a cotton pad moistened with «ÉLAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse» to stop the chemical reaction if the eyebrow tinting procedure is expected. Remove foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.

6) Eyebrow tinting and fixing the achieved result

• Apply the tinting mixture on the eyebrows right after using «ÉLAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect».

NOTE! Remember that the eyebrow hair colour is supposed to be brighter and appear faster on the hairs, when the tinting procedure is done.

• Apply «ÉLAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» for better results. Do this step once the eyebrow tinting is complete.

EYELASH FLEXING PROCEDURE STAGES

Analyze a client's eyelash condition to specify the "SUPERSONIC" Flexing Expert System processing time:

1-st type: the eyelash hairs are thick or straight – processing time is 6–10 minutes for Serum 1 and no less than 6 minutes for Serum 2;

2-nd type: the eyelash hairs are of medium thickness or thin – processing time is 3–6 minutes for Serum 1 and no less than 6 minutes for Serum 2;

Multivitor processing time is 5 minutes for all hair types.

NOTE! Serum 1 and Serum 2 have a maximum processing time of 15 minutes.

2) Prepare the eyelashes for the flexing procedure

• Apply «ÉLAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» for the hair and skin cleansing before the eyelash flexing procedure.

• fix a silicone pad of the appropriate size on the upper eyelid.

• spread and fix the eyelashes on the silicone pad using the fixing gel by TM ÉLAN professional line and an applicator.

3) Create the eyelash curl (Serum 1)

• Apply Serum 1 on the eyelash curl area with the professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #1 by TM ÉLAN professional line.

NOTE! The maximum processing time should not exceed the processing time for the selected eyelash hair type.

• When the processing time is finished, remove the excess solution with a dry make-up brush BLACKWOOD #2 by TM ÉLAN professional line in the eyelash hair growth direction.

4) Fix the eyelash hair direction (Serum 2)

• Apply a thick layer of Serum 2 on the entire eyelash area.

NOTE! The processing time of Serum 2 should be equal to the processing time of Serum 1, but no less than 6 minutes.

• When the processing time is complete, remove the excess solution with a dry BLACKWOOD #2 make-up brush in the eyelash hair growth direction.

5) Eyelash hair care (Multivitor)

• Apply Multivitor on the entire eyelash area.

• When the processing time is complete, remove the excess solution and the fixing gel with a cotton pad moistened with water.

NOTE! For the most impressive effect and visible result ELAN professional line brand technologists recommend performing the eyelash tinting procedure with the gel tint 01 black by TM ÉLAN professional line, when the flexing procedure is finished.

• Apply «ÉLAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» on the eyelashes to stop the chemical reaction. Remove foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.

• Use «ÉLAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» to fix the achieved result.

EYEBROW AND EYELASH POST-PROCEDURE RECOMMENDATIONS

It is not advisable to tint the eyebrows with henna and bleach the eyebrows because the result can be very unpredictable: the hair structure can be damaged (dry and dull hair), which can cause breakage and hair loss.

It is strongly advised to avoid saunas, solarium, and any mechanical damage to the created shape of eyebrows (e.g., sleeping face down on the pillow) after the eyebrow lamination procedure. Minimize contact of eyebrows and eyelashes with water, and do not brush eyebrows and eyelashes for 24 hours after the flexing procedure.

It is strongly recommended to avoid using aggressive cosmetic products and go through aggressive cosmetic procedures (scrubs, face peels, alcohol-based lotions, laser treatments) for 48 hours after the eyebrow lamination procedure.
