On September 22, two teams of beauty specialists competed for the title of the most professional during ÉLAN Champions League. This unique format of interactive learning made its debut, drawing 150 enthusiasts. The event took place as part of Ukraine's largest beauty industry exhibition, InterCHARM, and was hosted by Nataliia Sylin and Yehor Andryushin.
ÉLAN Champions League Rules
Interactive learning in a gaming format occurred on an improvised field. Twenty leading brow artists and lamimakers were divided into two teams, «Technologists» and «Specialists», each led by a captain.
Players demonstrated their knowledge and skills by answering questions and presenting their work during three matches: brow tinting, lash lift, and brow lamination. The teams' assignment was to prepare a colour theory guide and present it during the game.
The panel of judges evaluated the value and originality of the insights offered by the players to the enthusiasts. As a result, the «Specialists» shared the most professional life hacks, and emerged as the winners.

The judging panel consisted of leading brow artists, international speakers, trainers, GOLD technicians from ÉLAN, and professionals from «Ruky-Nozhitsi» salon chain. The judges also conducted mini-masterclasses:

— Marina Belik: «Precise brow wax correction + an additional commercially attractive procedure»;

— Anna Turnitska & Inessa Zinkova: «Common pitfalls in brow lamination & tinting and strategies to avoid them».
