Set of KeraVEG Lash Lift & Brow Lamination System

"1. KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1 is designed for the FIRST stage of lash lifting and/or eyebrow lamination procedures:

– softens eyebrow and lash hairs;
– makes the hairs more elastic and pliable, so that they can easily take on a new shape;
– a caring complex based on vegan protein, jojoba oil and trehalose helps to protect eyebrows and lashes during the treatment, preventing them from dehydration and breakage.

2. KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2 is designed for the SECOND stage of the lash lifting and/or eyebrow lamination procedure:

– fixes the new shape and direction of the hairs;
– can be used both as a stand-alone product at this stage (lash lifting without tinting or eyebrow lamination) and together with KeraTint Lash Tint, which allows you to combine lifting and tinting of lashes and significantly reduce the time of the procedure as a whole;
– vegan protein and glycerin have a conditioning effect.

3. KeraTint Lash Tint can be used as a SECOND step in the eyelash lifting procedure (by pre-mixing with KeraBoost Step 2), or as a stand-alone tinting treatment (without lifting):

– provides fast and intensive tinting of lashes;
– allows you to get excellent results thanks to the unique possibility of combining lifting and lash tinting;
– vegan protein and sunflower seed extract provide additional care for the lashes during the treatment.

4. KeraCare Lash and Brow Caring Serum Step 3 is designed for the THIRD step of the eyelash lifting and/or brow lamination treatment:

– provides lashes and eyebrows with intensive care, nourishment and moisturisation thanks to a complex of proteins (vegan and wheat);
– ceramides help strengthen hairs and restore their hydrolipidic balance;
– trehalose and jojoba oil have a protective and antioxidant effect;
– can be used to minimise darkening of eyebrow hairs prior to tinting."

BROW LAMINATION PROCEDURE STEPS

1) Analyse the eyebrow hairs condition of a client

Specify the processing time of KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1 according to the instructions below:

1st type: the eyebrow hairs are thick, spiky, not having undergone chemical procedures earlier (eyebrow tinting or bleaching procedures) ‒ processing time is 8‒10 minutes;

2nd type: the eyebrow hairs are of medium thickness, natural, healthy or having undergone chemical procedures earlier (eyebrow tinting or bleaching procedures) ‒ processing time is 5–7 minutes.

NOTE! For brow lamination procedure use KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1 only.

NOTE! The maximum processing time of KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1 is 10 minutes.

NOTE! The room air temperature directly influences the working speed of the solution. The higher the temperature, the less the reaction time.

The processing time of KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2 is 7 minutes and does not depend on the hairs condition of a client and the processing time of KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1.

2) Prepare the eyebrows for the brow lamination procedure

Use «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE» for hairs and skin cleansing before the brow lamination procedure. Remove the foam using a cotton pad moistened with water.

3) Create the eyebrow shape – KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1

NOTE! If a client has thin and sensitive skin, it is necessary to apply a thin layer of the argan oil cream ÉLAN SKIN PROTECTOR on the eyebrows and a thicker layer on the skin around the eyebrows.

NOTE! If a client has sensitive skin and thin eyebrow hairs, except protective cream ÉLAN SKIN PROTECTOR, it is necessary to add 1 drop of KeraCare Lash and Brow Caring Serum Step 3 to KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1 and mix them thoroughly before applying to the brows.

3.1 Apply KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1 to the eyebrows. The processing time is 5–10 minutes.

NOTE! The maximum processing time should not exceed the processing time for the selected eyebrow hairs type.

3.2 Remove the excess product with a cotton pad moistened with water.

NOTE! It is important to note the eyebrow hairs growth direction when creating the eyebrow shape. The eyebrow shape changes should be smooth to avoid folding of the hairs.

4) Fix the eyebrow hairs direction – KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2

NOTE! If a client has thin and sensitive skin, it is necessary to apply a thin layer of the argan oil cream ÉLAN SKIN PROTECTOR on the eyebrows and a thicker layer on the skin around the eyebrows.

4.1 Apply KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2 to the eyebrows and spread Serum on the eyebrows setting the hairs in the right direction. The processing time is 7 minutes.

4.2 Remove the excess product with a cotton pad moistened with water or «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE». If using «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE», remove the foam using a cotton pad moistened with water.

5) Eyebrow hairs care – KeraCare Lash and Brow Caring Serum Step 3

After using KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2 or performing the eyebrow tinting procedure, apply KeraCare Lash and Brow Caring Serum Step 3 to the previously cleansed eyebrow area and spread evenly. Leave until fully absorbed. Do not rinse off.

NOTE! KeraCare Lash and Brow Caring Serum Step 3 should be applied to the eyebrows after application of ÉLAN COLOUR FIX if the eyebrow tinting procedure is planned after the brow lamination procedure.

NOTE! KeraCare Lash and Brow Caring Serum Step 3 should be applied to the eyebrows as a care product after the eyebrow tinting procedure if the eyebrow tinting procedure is planned after the brow lamination procedure.

NOTE! KeraCare Lash and Brow Caring Serum Step 3 should be applied to the eyebrows as a product for minimising eyebrow hairs darkening before the eyebrow tinting procedure if the eyebrow tinting procedure is planned after the brow lamination procedure.

NOTE! The eyebrow shaping must be performed only when the eyebrow lamination procedure is finished. It is highly recommended to use eyebrow tweezers to avoid serious skin damage.

LASH LIFT PROCEDURE STEPS

1) Analyse the lash hairs condition of a client

Specify the processing time and type of the solution – KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1 or KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Step 1 according to the instructions below:

1st type: the lash hairs are thick and straight, not having undergone chemical procedures earlier (lash lifting, tinting or bleaching procedures) ‒ KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Step 1, processing time is 8‒10 minutes;

2nd type: the lash hairs are of medium thickness or thin, not having undergone chemical procedures earlier (lash lifting, tinting or bleaching procedures) ‒ KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Step 1, processing time is 5–7 minutes;

3rd type: the lash hairs are of medium thickness, having undergone chemical procedures earlier (lash lifting, tinting or bleaching procedures) ‒ KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1, processing time is 8–10 minutes;

4th type: the lash hairs are thin, having undergone chemical procedures earlier (lash lifting, tinting or bleaching procedures) ‒ KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1, processing time is 5–7 minutes.

NOTE! The maximum processing time of KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1 and KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Step 1 is 10 minutes.

2) Prepare the lashes for the lash lift procedure

2.1 Use «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE» for lash hairs cleansing before the lash lifting procedure. Remove the foam using a cotton pad moistened with water.

2.2 Fix a silicone pad of the appropriate size on the upper eyelid.

2.3 Spread and fix the lashes on the silicone pad using the fixing gel by TM ÉLAN professional line and an applicator.

3) Create the lash curl – KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1 or KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Step 1

3.1 Apply KeraSoft Step 1 to the area of curl forming. The processing time is 5‒10 minutes.

NOTE! Processing time and solution type (KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Step 1 or KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Step 1) should comply with that indicated for the selected lash hairs type.

3.2 Remove the excess solution with a dry make-up brush in the lash hairs growth direction first, then use a microbrush or a cotton pad moistened with water.

4) Fix the lash hairs direction – KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2

4.1 Fix the lash hairs direction without tinting

4.1.1. Apply a thick layer of KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2 to the entire lash area. The processing time is 7 minutes.

4.1.2 Remove the excess solution with a dry make-up brush in the lash hairs growth direction first, then with a microbrush or a cotton pad moistened with water or «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE». If using «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE», remove the foam using a cotton pad moistened with water.

4.2 Fix the lash hairs direction with tinting on the pad – KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2 + KeraTint Lash Tint

4.2.1 Mix KeraTint Lash Tint and KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2 in the ratio 1:2 in a non-metallic bowl.

NOTE! The product colour in the bottle can vary from light brown to black as a result of the product’s contact with air after the package opening. This is normal for the ingredients in the tint composition and does not influence the lash tinting result.

4.2.2 Apply a thick layer of the mixture to the entire lash area. The processing time is 7 minutes.

4.2.3 Remove the excess solution with a dry make-up brush in the lash hairs growth direction first, then with a microbrush or a cotton pad moistened with water or «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE». If using «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE», remove the foam using a cotton pad moistened with water.

4.2.4 Use ÉLAN COLOUR FIX to secure the obtained result.

5) Lash hairs care – KeraCare Lash and Brow Caring Serum Step 3

5.1 After using KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2 or the mixture of KeraTint Lash Tint + KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Step 2, apply a small amount of KeraCare Lash and Brow Caring Serum Step 3 to the cleansed lashes and spread evenly. Leave until fully absorbed. Do not rinse off.

LASH LIFT AND BROW LAMINATION POST-PROCEDURE RECOMMENDATIONS

! It is not recommended to perform henna eyebrow tinting and eyebrow bleaching because the result can be highly unpredictable: the hair structure can be damaged (dry and dull hairs), which can cause hair fragility and loss.

! It is highly recommended to avoid saunas, solariums and any mechanical damage to the created eyebrow shape or eyelash curl (e.g. sleeping face down on the pillow), do not brush the eyebrows and eyelashes for 24 hours after the procedure.

! It is highly recommended to avoid using aggressive cosmetic products and undergoing aggressive cosmetic procedures (scrubs, face peels, alcohol-based lotions, laser treatments) for 48 hours after the procedure.

LASH LIFT AND BROW LAMINATION PROCEDURE CONTRAINDICATIONS

The absolute restrictions to the lash lift and brow lamination procedure are as follows: an individual sensitivity to the solution ingredients, any skin damage in the eyebrow or eye area, redness, a facial rash of any aetiology, allergic reactions, visiting a solarium or undergoing laser treatments for 24 hours before the procedure.

WARNING

KeraSoft contains thioglycolate and ammonia, KeraBoost contains hydrogen peroxide, KeraTint contains phenylenediamine, phenylenediamine (toluoldiamines), resorcinol. Products can cause allergic reactions. It is necessary to do the allergy skin test before use: apply 2 drops of each solution to a small area of inner elbow skin 48 hours before use. If there is no redness, inflammation or rash, you can perform the procedure.
