VELVET LINER is a versatile liquid brow and eye liner designed for precise definition and polished makeup looks. Its highly pigmented formula allows you to easily shape and define the brows, create clean, precise lines and add subtle definition to the eyes.
A practical choice for professional brow artists and makeup artists, as well as for everyday beauty routines, VELVET LINER helps create neat, balanced and refined makeup with ease.
For brows:
1. Outline the brow contour with a brush before tinting.
2. Apply the product to shape the brows, filling in the gaps between hairs with a brush, moving from bottom to top. If necessary, blend with a spoolie brush.
For eyes:
1. Apply the pencil to the eyelids or onto an eyeshadow base and blend until fully dry.
2. Fix the pencil on top with dry eyeshadows.
