• Serum 1 CLEAR is used in the first step of brow lamination and lash lift. It gently opens the hair cuticle and penetrates deep into the hair structure. The formula with two types of relaxers and alkalisers effectively remodels disulfide bonds, significantly speeding up the procedure. A complex of keratin and collagen provides protection against dehydration and brittleness, maintaining an optimal moisture balance.
• Serum 2 is applied during the second step. It sets the new shape of the hairs, ensuring long-lasting results. The conditioning formula, enriched with natural and hydrolysed collagen, nourishes the hairs with beneficial components and strengthens their protection.
• Multivitor completes the lamination procedure. CERAMIDE A2, combined with soybean and wheat extracts, betaine, and amino acids, intensely nourishes and restores the hairs, while also helping to normalise the skin's natural pH after the effects of the previous steps.
STAGES OF THE BROW LAMINATION PROCEDURE
1) Diagnosis of brow hair condition and determination of exposure time
Determine the exposure time for lamination products according to the following hair groups:
Group 1: coarse, thick, and dense brow hairs that have not been previously chemically treated (no tinting or bleaching) —
Exposure time: 5-8 minutes for Serum 1 and at least 6-8 minutes for Serum 2.
Group 2: natural, healthy brow hairs of medium thickness, or hairs previously exposed to chemical treatment —
Exposure time: 3-5 minutes for Serum 1 and 6-8 minutes for Serum 2.
Multivitor exposure time: 5 minutes for all hair types.
IMPORTANT! The maximum exposure time for Serum 1 and Serum 2 is 15 minutes.
IMPORTANT! The activity of Serums 1 and 2 is directly proportional to the room temperature — the higher the temperature, the faster the reaction.
2) Preparation for the brow lamination procedure
Cleanse the brows and skin using ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE 2.0. Remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.
3) Brow shaping (Serum 1)
IMPORTANT! For thin or sensitive skin, apply ÉLAN professional line cream with argan oil — a thin layer on the brows and a thicker one on the surrounding skin.
1. Apply Serum 1 to the brows.
Exposure time: 3-8 minutes.
IMPORTANT! Do not exceed the recommended time for the selected group.
2. After the exposure time, remove the remaining product with a cotton pad moistened with water.
IMPORTANT! Take into account the natural hair growth direction. Shape changes should be smooth to avoid creases.
4) Fixing the direction of the hairs (Serum 2)
IMPORTANT! For sensitive skin, use a protective cream as described above.
1. Apply Serum 2 evenly along the entire brow. Lay the hairs in the desired direction.
Exposure time: 6-8 minutes.
IMPORTANT! The exposure time for Serum 2 must be equal to that of Serum 1, but not less than 6 minutes.
2. If tinting is planned after lamination — remove the product with a cotton pad moistened with water.
3. If tinting is not planned — remove the residue of Serum 2 using ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE 2.0, then wipe the foam off with a cotton pad moistened with water.
5) Hair care (Multivitor)
1. Apply Multivitor to the brows and distribute evenly.
Exposure time: 5 minutes.
2. If tinting is not planned — rinse with water.
3. If tinting is planned — remove Multivitor with ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE 2.0, then rinse with water.
4. Apply the tinting mixture immediately after completing this step.
IMPORTANT! After lamination, the tint develops faster and gives a deeper, more intense shade.
5. To secure the result after tinting, apply ÉLAN COLOUR FIX 2.0.
IMPORTANT! Shape correction (tweezing) should only be performed after the lamination procedure — preferably with tweezers, to avoid skin irritation.
STAGES OF THE LASH LIFTING PROCEDURE
1) Diagnosis of lash condition and determination of exposure time
Group 1: coarse or straight lashes —
Serum 1: 6-10 min; Serum 2: at least 6 min.
Group 2: lashes of medium thickness or fine lashes —
Serum 1: 3-6 min; Serum 2: at least 6 min.
Multivitor: 5 min for all lash types.
IMPORTANT! The maximum exposure time for Serums 1 and 2 is 15 minutes.
IMPORTANT! The higher the temperature, the faster the reaction.
2) Preparation for the procedure
1. Cleanse the lashes using ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE, then remove the foam.
2. Secure the silicone pad on the eyelid.
3. Fix the lashes on the pad using ÉLAN KiwiFix lash lift fixing balm.
3) Curl formation (Serum 1)
1. Apply Serum 1 to the curl zone.
Exposure time: 3-10 minutes.
IMPORTANT! Do not exceed the recommended time for your group.
2. Remove the residue with a dry brush following the direction of lash growth.
4) Curl fixation (Serum 2)
1. Apply Serum 2 in a thick layer to the lash zone.
Exposure time: 6-10 minutes.
IMPORTANT! The exposure time must be equal to or longer than that of Serum 1 (but not less than 6 minutes).
2. Remove the remaining product with a dry brush following the lash growth direction.
5) Lash care (Multivitor)
1. Apply Multivitor to the lash area.
Exposure time: 5 minutes.
2. Remove the product and the fixing gel with a cotton pad moistened with water.
IMPORTANT! For a more expressive result, it is recommended to tint the lashes after lifting.
AFTERCARE RECOMMENDATIONS
• Do not tint brows with henna or bleach them — this can damage the hair structure.
• Within 24 hours, avoid saunas, steam rooms, solariums; do not sleep face-down, avoid contact with water, and do not comb brows or lashes.
• Within 48 hours, avoid aggressive cosmetic treatments: scrubs, peels, alcohol-based lotions, or laser procedures.
PRECAUTIONS
The procedure is contraindicated in the following cases:
• individual sensitivity to ingredients
• skin damage in the brow or eye area
• any rashes or irritations
• recent (within 24 hours) tanning bed, laser, or photo treatments
Before use, perform an allergy test:
Apply 2 drops of each product to the inner elbow area 48 hours before the procedure.
If there is no redness, itching, or swelling — the procedure may be carried out.
The products may cause an allergic reaction.
Serum 1 contains thioglycolate, and Serum 2 contains hydrogen peroxide.
Wear protective gloves.
Do not use metal tools.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact — rinse immediately with water.
If signs of an allergic reaction appear — consult a dermatologist.
